Conexus Care is the new company name for Northside Home Care Services, a charity with a rich history and more than fifty years’ experience delivering home care services to young adults with a disability and older adults in need of care and support.

Following successful mergers with North East Bay Social Services; Kare Social Services and Aster Family Support / Aster Family Resource Centre, we needed a new name to reflect the range of services we now offer to families across the life cycle from childhood to families to those with disabilities and to the older, wiser members of our community who wish to remain living in their own homes.

We will be expanding our services further so keep an eye on our website or check out our Facebook page.

Our
Services

Our services include a wide range of support and assistance to people and families of all ages. We organise interesting activities for children and young people after school and during summer breaks.

We provide targeted programmes and interventions within the home, by zoom and in person at our family resource centre in Balbriggan. We also provide a wide range of clinical supports and person centred care to young adults with a disability and older persons wishing to maximise their health and their happiness.

New, innovative services are in development so keep an eye on our website and social media pages.

The whole team from office staff to carers allowed him to stay in his own home,  which he desperately wanted to do, even though he was no longer fully independent.
